Easter Weekend

Hello all, how are you all doing? Today is Friday 4/22/11.  But, not only is it Friday 4/22/11.  It is Good Friday. This is the day that Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price. This is the day that He laid His life down. The day that He gave His life away. He was accused, ridiculed, and betrayed. He was then beat beyond recognition. Then He was nailed to a cross in which He would hang until He drew His last breath.  The most inhumane way to treat a human being. There were no rights activists anywhere around the scene on this day. Only those who mocked and cheered. An innocent man died on this day. He didn’t defend Himself though He could have. At any time He could have stopped this torture. He kept His eye on the prize……His children….you and me. These were our transgressions. We should have laid our lives down and gave them away. We should have been beat beyond recognition. We should have hung on that cross. There is NO greater love story and NO greater love than the love of Christ. Here is the resolve.
